Student of the academy is the person under 18 years old (their legal representatives act on behalf of incapacitated clients of the academy), following a submitted application addressed to the senior coach of the academy about receiving the status of "the student of the Academy".

- For the clients of the academy who do not have the status "the student of the Academy", the following payment procedure for academy services is applied: - the payment is made by the client of academy in advance before the 25th date preceding the beginning of the corresponding period, for the next "5 months: September – January" and "4 months: February – May" a sports season. In case of interest of the client in academy services in the middle of a season payment is made by the client in advance for a period of up to the termination of the corresponding period. In all other cases, payment for services of the academy is made according to the price list.

- The clients are allowed to make up their skipped training sessions (only if they notified the administration no later than in 24 hours prior to the corresponding training session) before the termination of the paid period. The rule of "a freezing of pre-paid time" and the transfer of pre-paid time in the corresponding period for the next period is applied.

- Payment for services of the coach and for group sessions is made by the client of academy in advance before the 25th prior to the beginning of the month for which payment is made.

"The student of the Academy" is the status applied to the following payment procedure for academy’s services: payment for group occupations is made by the client of the academy in the advance payment to the 25th date preceding the beginning of the period for which payment, in the following order is made: "in 2 months: September and May", further, since October, by the month. In case of contract cancellation at the initiative of the client the advance payment for services in May to the client is not subject to return and is kept by the academy as a penal penalty for early cancellation of the contract. For the pupils of the academy taking a position in a rating the TOP 5 RTT (or the TOP 20 THOSE) on the date of payment – the discount of 50% of the cost of group occupations provided by the price list of academy is provided. The client makes payment for individual occupations in advance prior to 25th preceding the beginning of the period for the following order is made:

For the student taking a position in a rating of TOP 5 RTT (either the TOP 10 THOSE or the TOP 50 ITF) on the date of payment – rent of courts is provided free of charge. For the pupils of the academy taking a position in a rating the TOP 6-25 RTT (either the TOP 11-50 THOSE or the TOP 51-100 ITF) on the date of payment – the discount of 30% of the cost of rent of courts according to the current price list of academy is provided.

The students of the academy taking a position in a rating the TOP 50 RTT (either the TOP 100 THOSE or the TOP 150 ITF), make payment of individual services (rent of courts and service of the trainer) on a calendar of departures which have to be handed over by the client in coordination with the personal trainer of the student to the senior trainer of the academy (and are approved by them), or to the person till the 20th date previous month for which payment is made.

The students of the academy taking a position in a rating the TOP 50 RTT (either the TOP 100 THOSE or the TOP 150 ITF) make payment of group occupations by advance payment in one month prior to the 25th date previous the beginning of the month for which payment (irrespective of departures of the pupil of academy) is made. The pupils of academy taking a position in a rating lower than the TOP 50 RTT (or the TOP 100 THOSE is lower or the TOP 150 ITF is lower), make payment of group occupations and payment of rent of courts under individual occupations by advance payment in one month prior to the 25th date previous the beginning of the month for which payment is made, is not dependent on planned departures of the pupil of the academy. Only in this case the pupils of the academy taking a position in a rating are lower than the TOP 50 RTT (or the TOP 100 THOSE is lower or the TOP 150 ITF is lower), have guaranteed time within the coordinated schedule of academy the next month.

Trainer's fee is carried out by advance payment in one month prior to the 25th date previous the beginning of month for which payment - according to the current price list at a discount is made for an advance payment, or at single payments - without discounts for an advance payment. For the clients of academy having the status "the student of the Academy” is allowed to replay their lessons for the skipped individual classes only before the termination of the paid period in which there was an admission. Recalculations of the amount of fee for the skipped individual classes are not provided, irrespective of the admission reasons.
