"Avant-garde" program was launched three years ago in our Academy and has been evolving ever since. Academy has taken route, which wasn’t thoroughly explored before. Normally these sorts of projects are aimed at the older juniors but we decided to bet on the younger players.
During summer season we will hold the selection for the ‘Avant-garde’ program for the third year in a row. From the beginning of the 2014/2015 study year program has been fully functioning. Students are given holistic training approach, which was selected and developed by the organizations in order to get the best results from training and school learning.
About the program:
- It is a successful sport and educational project in Russia.
- Each student gets 3 trainings a day, holistic education and accommodation with food for the duration of the course.
- Our coaches will accompany students on tournaments.
- Support of the in-house psychologist.
- Health monitoring.
The aim behind this project is to work exclusively towards the results. Athletes training results are a crucial part when it come to championships.
Concepts of the program:
- Comfortable for permanent residence
- Classes at school, including the studies of foreign languages
- Innovative training process, both individual and in group
- Advanced tools are used in the educational and psychological training
- Full support from the professional sports psychologist
- Constant use of video analysis program AIC "DARTFISH"
- United team of managers, coaches, administrators, teachers and educators
The selection of the successful candidate is carried out by the committee, which consists of the teaching stuff, Russian Tennis Federation’s representative, in-house psychologist and the Academy founder - Alexander Ostrovsky. During the selection the committee will judge the candidates physical training abilities, technical skills and the psychological health. You should provide all the necessary information about yourself such as photos and videos related to your sport achievements that can help the committee to see the holistic picture of the player. This will increase your chance to be accepted.
